  Al-Mahdi Camp Overview  

Al-Mahdi Camp is a unique opportunity for indigenous American Muslim youth, aged 14 - 17, to have an international experience. This experience will include an Islamic education, meetings with religious scholars, sessions with individual experts, round table discussions, dynamic workshops, and visits to the holy shrines. In addition, there will be tours designed to provide information about seminary studies and share the history of ancient Iranian and Islamic culture.

During the Al-Mahdi Camp, participants will be exposed to a variety of cultural and educational experiences. Lines of communication and interaction will be opened between indigenous American youth and the highly regarded Islamic scholars and seminaries in Iran.
