Risaalaat is a travel and tour agency that specializes in organizing educational tours of Iran. The present international political climate is characterized by the demonization of Islam and Islamic peoples and focused especially on Iran. This leads to a more intolerant and dangerous atmosphere inimical to world peace and security. Much of this negative propaganda easily takes hold in minds that are ignorant of Islam and its peoples. Thus, as a step towards combating this trend Risaalaat organizes educational tours of Iran for those resident in Western countries, Muslim and non Muslim, to gain experience living among Muslim peoples and thus counterbalance the negative stereotypes prevalent in Western countries at this time.
Participants will go on tours of major Iranian cities, go on ziarat pilgrimages and benefit from sessions, lectures and discussion groups on various and interesting Islamic, historical, cultural and social topics.
